1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Hero Wars Central (“Sponsor”), operated by an individual residing in Missouri, USA.This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube or Google.

2. Eligibility

Open to individuals worldwide, age 18 or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Residents of jurisdictions where giveaways are not permitted are not eligible.

3. Giveaway Structure

1. During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants’ usernames will be randomly selected live during Sponsor’s YouTube livestreams.

2. All usernames drawn during the week will be entered into a final random drawing, where one (1) winner will be selected.

3. This final random drawing will be on the final day of the week (Fridays).

   
   

4. Giveaway Period

The giveaway runs weekly, during Hero Wars Central Live Streams, from Monday 12pm CT through Friday 1pm CT].

5. How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry:

1. Subscribe to HeroWarsCentral on YouTube.

2. Like the livestream.

3. Comment during the livestream the "Totem Word of the Day."

4. When drawn, respond within 120 seconds.

5. If your name is drawn, YOU MUST Contact Charlie at HWC

No purchase or payment of any kind is required.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• $50 USD, representing the cash equivalent value of an in-game item

• Prize will be delivered electronically via PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or another method selected by Sponsor based on availability

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $50 USD

Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random during a livestream or within 7 days of the giveaway period ending.

Winner will be notified via:

• YouTube comment reply and/or

• Announcement during a livestream

Winner must respond within 72 hours or an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that their YouTube username may be announced publicly if selected as a winner.

10. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants release Sponsor and YouTube from all liability related to participation or prize use.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway if necessary for fairness or integrity.
