After the end of the event, unused resources are automatically converted into Adventure Chests. The usual exchange rates are:
2 Energy Crystals = 1 Adventure Chest;
750 Valor Coins = 1 Adventure Chest;
1 relic (Sapphire Medallion?) = 1 Adventure Chest;
10 Battle Boost points = 1 Adventure Chest;
Note: Sapphire Medallions will not remain in your Inventory this time.
Make sure to spend them before the event ends.

If you spend 15 energy bottles during a Demon Dolls event you will get 15*200/35 = 85.7 Demon Dolls. The value of a Demon Doll varies with the value placed on the items (gold, etc) but if gold has value a Demon Doll is worth around 60 emeralds. So 15 energy bottles spent during a Demon Doll event is worth 3750 + 85.7*60 = 8893 emeralds. This makes energy bottles spent during a Demon Dolls event the best value in the shop.
A Titan Resource Chest which is worth 500 emeralds buys 1250 Elemental Tournament Coins so 1000 Elemental Tournament Coins is worth +1000/1250*500 = 400 emeralds. Ten thousand Elemental Tournament Coins is worth 4000 - in line with the other items.
If a fragment is worth 4 emeralds and 2160 Elemental Tournament Coins buys 180 fragments, 1000 Elemental Tournament Coins is worth +100/2160*4*180 = 333.33 and 10000 are worth 3333. This is used on some websites.
I do not know where the fragment value of 4 emeralds comes from or if it is rounded.
