The spreadsheet compares each item by coin cost, emerald value, and most importantly energy per 100 coins. That number is the easiest way to compare how much farming value you get back for your event currency. The higher the number, the better the deal.

Best Buys for Free to Play in the Kayla Brawl Shop

Hero Items are always my top suggestion for free to play players that do not have the ability to raid the campaign missions; buying these items will save you hours/days/weeks/months of farming the long way and time is considerably more valuable than anything else in this game!

Throwing Knives

If you only remember one item from this guide, make it Throwing Knives. The sheet gives it 80.0 energy per 100 coins and calls it the top deal among items. That makes it one of the strongest purchases in the entire shop.

Dragon’s Heart

Dragon’s Heart is also elite. It comes in at 80.0 energy per 100 coins and is marked XX, putting it in the top tier of event-shop purchases.

Evening Curfew

Evening Curfew matches that same 80.0 score and is also marked XX, making it another premium buy if your team needs it.

Shadow Queen’s Scythes

Shadow Queen’s Scythes rounds out the top-value group at 80.0 energy per 100 coins. Like the others in this tier, it gives excellent farming value for the price.

The Vanquished Absolute

Just behind the absolute best tier is The Vanquished Absolute, which scores 74.2 energy per 100 coins. That is still an excellent return and makes it one of the better high-end gear buys in the shop.

Song of the Valkyries and Drommer’s Fancy

Both Song of the Valkyries and Drommer’s Fancy come in at 71.2 energy per 100 coins. These are not quite as strong as the 80.0 tier, but they are still very good deals and can save a lot of farming time.

Creator’s Feathering, Unity of Extremes, and Lycanthrope’s Fang

These three are also solid value options depending on what your account needs right now:

• Creator’s Feathering — 69.3

• Unity of Extremes — 65.6

• Lycanthrope’s Fang — 64.0

Best Non-Gear Buy in the Shop

Absolute Artifact Chest

If you are not spending all your coins on the strongest gear deals, the best fallback option appears to be the Absolute Artifact Chest. It scores 45.0 energy per 100 coins, and I suggest most if not all Brawl Coins to be spent here.

That is a strong endorsement and makes this one of the safest all-around purchases in the shop.

Skin Stone Chest

The Skin Stone Chest is also a very respectable buy. It scores 36.3 energy per 100 coins. Players do need tons of skin stones, but Absolute Artifact Chests is the better deal.

So while Skin Stone Chests are good, they do not appear to be the best overall value once you compare them directly.

Worst Buys in the Kayla Brawl Shop

Huge EXP Potion

This is the easiest skip in the shop. The spreadsheet gives Huge EXP Potion a value of 0, because EXP potions are basically worthless after about a year of play.

That makes this one of the clearest “do not buy” options available.

Chaos Core

Chaos Core scores only 14.3 energy per 100 coins and is labeled meh on the spreadsheet. Compared to the top-value items, this is a very weak return on your coins.

Kayla Soul Stones

The sheet gives 5 Kayla Soul Stones a score of 25 and notes that you should just get those from the soul stone chest instead. That makes them a poor use of event currency in this shop.

Kayla Doll

Kayla Doll scores 34.8, but the bigger issue is this: too random. Randomized rewards can be fun, but they are usually not the most efficient way to convert limited event currency into real account progress.

Siren Song

Among the gear items, Siren Song is one of the weaker buys at 34.3 energy per 100 coins. It is not the absolute worst thing in the shop, but it falls well behind the high-priority gear purchases.

If you want the simplest spending plan possible, here is the best way to approach the shop based on the spreadsheet.
