As you explore the map, you can see the blue question marks as move opportunities. You continue your way across the map, until you get to the tower at the end.

What are the Resource Generators?
These unique Mysterious Island locations are on their own islands to the NW of the main body of land. They do not require any Mysterious Island Moves to get to them, but you cannot collect the chests on the island until you unlock them.
Each "Generator" will require emeralds, or special event resources, to unlock; they will then need to be leveled up even further (to tier 5) to gain their full value. Once a Generator is unlocked, it will slowly accumulate resources until the end of the Eva event; you can collect them anytime up until the end of the event (either at the "refresh" interval or once at the end).
Not all resource generator will be available at start:

September 24th: Violet Runes
September 25th: Skin Stone Chests (150)
September 26th: Bottled Energy
September 27th: Valor Coins
September 28th: Absolute Artifact Chests (Red)
How Often Do the the Generatores add Resources?
Some of the Generators will accumulate every 3 hours, while others take up to 12 hours!

It will take you roughly 61 moves to collect all of the major reward towers.

It will take you roughly 30 moves and 3000 Emeralds to Collect this new War Flag!
