These buffs are generally the buffs that most guilds are using against Osh and the Cradle of Stars!

Gold Buffs

The BEST players with the PERFECT teams only buy Meteors of Haste, and Jumpstart

From what I understand, these gold buffs are to "fix" over leveling of heroes; however Im not sure what combination of how many of each you should buy. And there's no way to test, so this is just what I usually follow

The Rest of the Buffs

Many people swear that you MUST WAIT TO BUY HEALING CONVERTER until AFTER you use your Isaac team! But I'm not sure if they're abusing the reset methods or other 3rd party programs.
