Alecto's Event - Which Relic First?
In The Fall of the Veil (Alecto) Event, there are 3 relics you can level up. Which should you level up, how far, and why?
NOTE: These numbers are based on previous Hero Events!
And are subject to change based on Mysterious Island, Tasks, Free Gifts, the Somna Season Pass (and Golden Ticket Pass).

If You Want the Totem Fragment Reward
The "grand prize" of the Alecto event is a Totem Fragment of your choice; this will require you complete all 7 chapters of the activity. The strategy below has been the generally agreed upon Relic Leveling Path since the Lyria Event!
Note: This CANNOT BE DONE as Free2Play! It will cost roughly $40-50
It will require purchasing the Alecto Golden Ticket, as well as a full Heavy Charge (or get lucky with your guild with 2 Medium Charge)
Total Energy Required: 860
Get Relic 2 (Tome of Greed) to Level 4 - Cost 60 Energy
Get Relic 3 (Grail of Generosity) to Level 2 - Cost 10 Energy
You'll need to complete these first 2 steps before you finish Chapter 6, hopefully sooner than that!
Get Relic 1 (Amulet of Battle) to Level 25 - Cost 790 Energy
Any left-over energy you can let convert to event chests, or spend them on Tome of Greed; Your remaining energy you'll be converting into Altar of Fate currency.
Some Notes on the Amulet of Battle Relic
This buff is applied only to The 7 Chapter Adventure
You DO NOT lose this buff if you win a chapter,
or lose a chapter.
Each chapter has a minimum required leveled to enter
Chapter 7 Requires 250 Amulet of Battle Buffs
250 Buffs Costs 790 Energy Crystals
Can you get to 790 Energy Crystals as a Free to Play? NO!
If You Want the Red Gift of Dominion
The 2nd best prize of the Alecto event is a Red Gift of Dominion; this will require you complete Chapter 6 of the activity. The strategy below has been the generally agreed upon Relic Leveling Path since the Lyria Event!
Gaining access to chapter 6 will require you to have a level 20 Amulet of Battle.
Note: This CAN BE DONE as Free2Play, ONLY if you spend A LOT of saved up Emeralds or You have a VERY generous guild (or both)
Total Energy Required: 600
Get Relic 2 (Tome of Greed) to Level 4 - Cost 60 Energy
Get Relic 3 (Grail of Generosity) to Level 2 - Cost 10 Energy
Get Relic 1 (Amulet of Battle) to Level 20 - Cost 530 Energy
Any left-over energy:
save them in the hopes that you get enough to get to level 25 Amulet of Battle
or spend them on Tome of Greed
or you can let convert to event chests at the end of the event.
If You Just Want Alecto at 6 Star
The good news is even the most Free-to-Play player can get his star level pretty high! The strategy below has been the generally agreed upon Relic Leveling Path since the Lyria Event! If you're a F2P Player, or you're on a budget, and also your guild isn't going to be buying you a bunch of Event Energy, then you should at least get as high an Alecto as you can!
Get Relic 2 (Tome of Greed) to Level 5 - Cost 100 Energy
Get Relic 3 (Grail of Generosity) to at least 3 or 4
Convert left over Event Energy into Altar of Fate Currency using the Energy Exchange.

How to Get Alecto Soul Stones
The only way to get Alecto's Soul Stones is by spending Valor Coins in the Altar of Fate activity (or collecting them from the Alecto Mysterious Island!)
You have an 80-90% chance to get 15 Asherona Soul Stones with each pull
It takes 3130 Soul Stones to go from 0 to 6 Star
You'll need 250-260 pulls to get 3130 Soul Stones (thanks Samuel!)
To find out how many coins that will cost, you will have to do the math yourself based on your level of Grail of Generosity!

Thank you for this guide, as always. One detail for Free2Play players. Moving from Chapter 5 to Chapter 6, yes you need to upgrade you Amulet of Battle from level 15 to level 20. But upgrading Level 19 to 20 costs 50 Energy Crystals. Yes you need a Boost of 200 but upgrading the Boost from 150 to 200 will cost you 210 Energy Crystals (not just 200 of them).
